Development of production
and technical documentation
The work production plan (PPR) is the main organizational and technological document describing the applied reasonable organizational and technological solutions to ensure optimal manufacturability and safety of the relevant types of work, as well as the economic efficiency of capital investments.
PPR establishes the order of engineering equipment and arrangement of the construction site, provides modeling of the construction process, forecasting possible risks, determines the optimal construction time.
PPR is a bound A4 book with drawings, graphs, diagrams, tables and text, as well as the seal and signature of the head of the construction organization.
The PPR contains technological solutions and the necessary organizational conditions for the implementation of construction work.
The PPR addresses the following issues in detail:
In addition, the PPR performs the function of coordination, that is, obtaining permission to carry out work.
PPR for general construction works is developed in order to optimize the production time of types of work, rationalize the use of labor resources, calculate the required time for using small-scale mechanization and lifting mechanisms, as well as organize continuous work methods and increase labor productivity at the construction site, with the required enforcement of engineering standards safety and labor protection in the production of construction works.
PPR for general construction works contains:
An explanatory note containing: decisions on the production of geodetic works, a description of the technology and the sequence of work; measures to control the quality of construction and installation works; solutions for the production of work in the winter; the need for energy resources; the need and binding of temporary buildings and structures; List of machines, mechanisms, tools, devices; measures to ensure the safety of materials, products, structures and equipment at the construction site; environmental protection measures; measures for labor protection and safety in construction; fire safety requirements; Measures in emergency situations; technical and economic indicators.
PPR for monolithic work is necessary when erecting buildings using technologies for the installation of monolithic reinforced concrete. This is one of the main and resource-intensive stages of building construction. Unskilled performance of work without a PPR for monolithic work significantly reduces the quality of construction, leads to an increase in the timing of work. When developing a project, special attention is paid to the choice of the type of formwork and equipment, depending on the conditions of tightness, the possibilities of mechanization and the complexity of the structures of the building or structure, which directly affects the time and cost of producing this type of work.
PPR for monolithic works contains:
The explanatory note contains: solutions for the production of geodetic works, a description of the technology and the sequence of work (including a breakdown into concreting sections); measures for quality control in the production of concrete works; solutions for the production of concrete work in winter; the need for energy resources; the need and binding of temporary buildings and structures; List of machines, mechanisms, tools, fixtures (including the specification of the formwork kit); measures to ensure the safety of materials, products, structures and equipment at the construction site; environmental protection measures; measures for labor protection and safety in construction; fire safety requirements; Measures in emergency situations; technical and economic indicators.
PPR for the installation of metal structures is necessary to organize the construction process, carry out quality control, and ensure industrial safety. It should take into account the stages of work and the interaction of load-lifting mechanisms, correctly distribute storage sites and pre-assembly sites, if the installation is planned to be carried out “from wheels”, then it is necessary to take into account the necessary temporary access roads and the schedule for the delivery of metal structures in the project in order to ensure a continuous construction process, taking into account concurrent work at the construction site.
PPR for the installation of metal structures contains:
an explanatory note containing: decisions on the production of geodetic works, a description of the technology and the sequence of work; measures to control the quality of construction and installation works; solutions for the production of work in the winter; the need for energy resources; the need and binding of temporary buildings and structures; List of machines, mechanisms, tools, devices; measures to ensure the safety of materials, products, structures and equipment at the construction site; environmental protection measures; measures for labor protection and safety in construction; fire safety requirements; measures in emergency situations; technical and economic indicators.
The PPR for the performance of work on the installation of engineering communications is developed to organize the best methods of conducting work and control the quality of the work performed, including for planning work on adjacent construction sites in order to exclude the intersection of work fronts and reduce the costs of construction production.
The PPR for engineering networks contains:
an explanatory note containing: solutions for the production of geodetic works, description of technology and sequence of works; measures to control the quality of construction and installation works; solutions for the production of work in the winter; the need for energy resources; the need and binding of temporary buildings and structures; List of machines, mechanisms, tools, devices; measures to ensure the safety of materials, products, structures and equipment at the construction site; environmental protection measures; measures for labor protection and safety in construction; fire safety requirements; measures in emergency situations; technical and economic indicators.
PPR for the installation of scaffolding is being developed to describe the technology for performing facade, installation and other hazardous work processes, using scaffolding as auxiliary structures. A technological sequence of scaffold assembly is being developed with reference to a specific object. The choice of the type of scaffolding is carried out based on the technical characteristics of the object, the work performed and economic feasibility.
PPR for the installation of scaffolding contains:
an explanatory note containing: calculation of scaffolding for stability and strength; description of technology and work sequence; measures to control the quality of construction and installation works; the need for energy resources; the need and binding of temporary buildings and structures; List of machines, mechanisms, tools, devices; measures to ensure the safety of materials, products, structures and equipment at the construction site; environmental protection measures; measures for labor protection and safety in construction; fire safety requirements; Measures in emergency situations; technical and economic indicators.
PPR for facade work should take into account the design features of the building and ensure the possibility of fulfilling the required parameters for both repair and restoration and installation of new facades, if necessary, take into account the conditions of crampedness and provide for measures to comply with safety measures during construction work in urban areas .
PPR for facade work contains:
an explanatory note containing: decisions on the production of geodetic works, a description of the technology and the sequence of work; measures to control the quality of construction and installation works; solutions for the production of work in the winter; the need for energy resources; the need and binding of temporary buildings and structures; List of machines, mechanisms, tools, devices; measures to ensure the safety of materials, products, structures and equipment at the construction site; environmental protection measures; measures for labor protection and safety in construction; fire safety requirements; measures in emergency situations; technical and economic indicators.
PPR for work at height is developed to ensure safe and reliable construction and installation work at a height of 1.8 m or more.
It covers a range of activities from work with harnesses and lifelines, to the installation of fences and wind screens, etc. All employees who carry out a complex of high-rise works must be familiarized with the project without fail.
