PPR for the installation of metal structures

PPR for the installation of metal structures is necessary to organize the construction process, carry out quality control, and ensure industrial safety. It should take into account the stages of work and the interaction of load-lifting mechanisms, correctly distribute storage sites and pre-assembly sites, if the installation is planned to be carried out “from wheels”, then it is necessary to take into account the necessary temporary access roads and the schedule for the delivery of metal structures in the project in order to ensure a continuous construction process, taking into account concurrent work at the construction site.

PPR for the installation of metal structures contains:

• calendar plan for the production of works on the object;
• building master plan;
• the schedule for the receipt of building structures, products, materials and equipment at the facility;
• workforce movement schedule;
• demand schedule for construction machines and mechanisms;
• pre-assembly schemes of individual elements;
• schemes for organizing jobs for installers;
• installation schemes of structures
• scheme of work of lifting machines (indication of the direction of their movement during installation, indication of working and hazardous areas);
• Technological schemes for the performance of types of work;
• layouts of geodetic signs;

an explanatory note containing: decisions on the production of geodetic works, a description of the technology and the sequence of work; measures to control the quality of construction and installation works; solutions for the production of work in the winter; the need for energy resources; the need and binding of temporary buildings and structures; List of machines, mechanisms, tools, devices; measures to ensure the safety of materials, products, structures and equipment at the construction site; environmental protection measures; measures for labor protection and safety in construction; fire safety requirements; measures in emergency situations; technical and economic indicators.
