PPR for civil works

PPR for general construction works is developed in order to optimize the production time of types of work, rationalize the use of labor resources, calculate the required time for using small-scale mechanization and lifting mechanisms, as well as organize continuous work methods and increase labor productivity at the construction site, with the required enforcement of engineering standards safety and labor protection in the production of construction works.

PPR for general construction works contains:

• calendar plan for the production of works on the object;
• building master plan;
• the schedule for the receipt of building structures, products, materials and equipment at the facility;
• workforce movement schedule;
• demand schedule for construction machines and mechanisms;
• technological schemes for the performance of types of work;
• layouts of geodetic signs;

An explanatory note containing: decisions on the production of geodetic works, a description of the technology and the sequence of work; measures to control the quality of construction and installation works; solutions for the production of work in the winter; the need for energy resources; the need and binding of temporary buildings and structures; List of machines, mechanisms, tools, devices; measures to ensure the safety of materials, products, structures and equipment at the construction site; environmental protection measures; measures for labor protection and safety in construction; fire safety requirements; Measures in emergency situations; technical and economic indicators.
